Warranty

1. Customer and BDM Collision acknowledge and agree that this certificate assures the repairs on RO: _______ have been completed. This limited warranty shall only apply if the defects occurred under normal driving conditions not subjected to accidents, negligence, abuse, or misuse. This limited warranty does not apply to environmental damage caused by chemicals, tree sap, road salt, sand, rocks, pebbles, hail, windstorms, sun, pollution, or other environmental factors or road hazards that may damage cloth, leather, plastic, wood, vinyl, paint, chrome, upholstery, and/or convertible tops. Scratches and gravel marks acquired from driving conditions are excluded from this limited warranty. Rust coming through the metal is excluded from this limited warranty.

2. Exclusions: Towing fees, travel expenses, car rental charges, damage to other components or assemblies resulted from a defective part, and all incidental costs are excluded from this limited warranty.

3. Paint & Decals: BDM Collision provides a five-year (5) warranty on painting work and painting-related priming against peeling, blistering, hazing, and excessive loss of pigmentation. BDM Collision provides a one-year (1) warranty on the adhesion and application of decorative stripes and decals, excluding defects caused by environmental conditions, accidents, negligence, or abuse. BDM Collision will re-prime, repaint, re-stripe, or re-decal the specific section(s) of the warrantied vehicle.

4. Mechanical Repairs: BDM Collision provides a one-year (1) warranty on all mechanical repairs conducted pertaining to the original collision damage. BDM Collision will repair any component or mechanical assembly of the warrantied vehicle.

5. Metalwork: BDM Collision provides a lifetime warranty against defective workmanship in regards to welding and the application of materials used in making collision repairs. This includes deterioration, pitting, cracking or flaking. BDM Collision will repair and re-paint any metalwork of the warrantied vehicle.

6. Parts & Materials: BDM Collision is guaranteed to use parts and materials of high quality. Parts and/or materials are subjected to the guarantees of their supplier. We will aid with any claim under the supplier’s guarantee. We guarantee that used parts or other remanufactured parts will not be used without authorization from you as noted on your repair order.

This warranty shall be null and void if the repair is altered, adjusted or tampered with by any person not authorized by BDM Collision. This warranty cannot be transferred. Customer acknowledges that this entire agreement between Customer and BDM Collision supersedes all existing agreements and all other oral or written communication between them concerning its subject matter.
